Terms and Conditions
1. Introductory Provisions
- Parties Involved: The terms govern the relationship between Hotel Bedřichov, s.r.o. (Provider) and clients (individuals or organizations) who make reservations for accommodation and services at Apartmány Hraničná.
- Applicable Law: The terms are governed by Czech law, particularly the Civil Code (Act No. 89/2012 Sb.) and Consumer Protection Act (Act No. 634/1992 Sb.).
2. Definitions
- Client: The person who makes a reservation, who may not necessarily be the same as the Guest.
- Host: The person who uses the booked accommodation or services.
- Reservation System: The system for online reservations via the website.
3. Reservation Conditions
- Individual Reservations: Can be made via email or the online system. A preliminary confirmation is provided, but it does not authorize the client to use the services until a binding confirmation is issued.
- Group Reservations: Involves four or more rooms or additional services like catering. The client receives a price quote, and after confirmation, the reservation becomes binding.
- Reservation Confirmation: A binding confirmation, if applicable, is issued once the payment terms are met.
4. Payment Terms
- Deposit: The provider can require a deposit, and details for individual or group reservations are outlined (e.g., 100% prepayment for special dates).
- Accepted Payment Methods: Cash in EUR or CZK, and credit cards (excluding American Express).
5. Cancellation Terms
- Individual Reservations: Different cancellation fees depending on the type of reservation, such as a 100% cancellation fee for prepayments or certain special offers.
- Group Reservations: Cancellations incur charges based on proximity to the arrival date (30% fee for cancellations 30+ days before arrival, 100% for cancellations 3 days or less).
6. Stay Duration
- Check-in/Check-out: Check-in begins at 14:00, and check-out must occur by 10:00. Late check-outs are charged at 500 CZK per hour.
7. Arrival Conditions
- Identity Verification: Guests must present a valid ID upon check-in. If the guest is under the influence of alcohol or drugs, accommodation may be denied.
- Guest Conduct: Guests are expected to respect quiet hours (22:00-08:00) and adhere to other behavior rules, such as keeping the room tidy and reporting any damages.
8. Rights and Responsibilities of Guests
- Rights: Guests have the right to enjoy their accommodation and services as agreed. In case of service failure (e.g., overbooking), the provider must offer replacement accommodation.
- Responsibilities: Guests must pay for their stay, respect property, avoid disruptive behavior, and adhere to the provider's rules, including prohibitions on bringing in pets, firearms, or large appliances.
This document ensures clear communication between the provider and clients regarding expectations and responsibilities, protecting both parties' interests during the accommodation process.
